Human rights event in Reading

On December 4th Regional Action and Involvement South East (RAISE) is running a free event at Reading Town Hall bringing together three of the leading organisations working on equality and human rights:

  • The Government Equalities Office (GEO)
  • The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC)
  • The British Institute for Human Rights (BIHR).

There will be keynote speeches, an interactive workshop run by the BIHR, a networking lunch, an opportunity to influence the current consultation of the Business Case for a South East Equalities Network (SEEN) and a chance to hear from three organisations operating on the front line.
